ChordVault Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ChordVault (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Account
- Users must create an account to access ChordVault.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may not share your account credentials with others.
2. Acceptable Use
- You may not misuse the app, attempt to hack it, or upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3. Ownership
- All rights, title, and interest in the ChordVault application, including its code, design, layout, branding, and features, are owned by ChordVault.
- ChordVault does not claim ownership of any song lyrics, chords, or musical compositions displayed in the app. All such content remains the property of their respective copyright owners.
4. Content
- Only admin-added content is visible to users.
- Users cannot upload or modify lyrics or chords.
- All content is provided for personal, non-commercial reference and practice only.
- Users may not redistribute or commercially use content without permission from the copyright owner.
5. Copyright & DMCA
- ChordVault respects the intellectual property rights of others.
- If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe content is used without permission, please contact us at mobile.user.help@gmail.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Location of the content in ChordVault.
- Your contact info.
- Infringing content will be removed promptly.
6. Privacy
- All account and app usage data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
- The app is provided “as is” without warranties.
- We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
8. Liability
- ChordVault is not responsible for any loss, damages, or data loss.
- Liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the app, if any.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
